Shipping Policy
1. Shipping Destinations
OneNineChic currently ships orders to the following destinations:
- United States
- Canada
- Australia
2. Order Cut-Off Time
Our daily order cut-off time is 2:00 PM (Central Time).
Orders placed before the cut-off time will be processed according to the applicable handling time for the selected shipping method.
Orders placed after 2:00 PM will be treated as being received on the following business day for handling time calculations.
3. Business Days
For order processing and shipping calculations, our business days are Monday through Saturday.
Sundays and public holidays are not counted as business days.
Handling time begins after the order has been successfully placed and payment has been confirmed.
4. Shipping Methods
We currently offer two shipping options: Standard Shipping and Express Shipping.
Standard Shipping
- Handling time: 3 to 5 business days
- Transit time: 5 to 10 business days
- Shipping fee: $5.99
- Free shipping: Orders of $49 or more qualify for free Standard Shipping
The estimated total delivery timeframe for Standard Shipping is approximately 8 to 15 business days, combining the stated handling and transit times.
Express Shipping
- Handling time: 2 to 3 business days
- Transit time: 5 to 7 business days
- Shipping fee: $8.99
The estimated total delivery timeframe for Express Shipping is approximately 7 to 10 business days, combining the stated handling and transit times.
7. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information will be provided when available.
You may receive your tracking information through the email address or other contact information provided when placing your order.
Please note that tracking information may take some time to become active after the package has been handed over to the shipping carrier.
It is normal for tracking updates to take several business days to appear, particularly during the initial stage of transportation.
9. Shipping Delays
While we make every effort to process and ship orders within the stated timeframes, delivery may occasionally take longer than estimated.
Possible causes of delay include:
- Customs clearance
- Carrier delays
- Severe weather
- Public holidays
- Transportation disruptions
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping information
- Unexpected events beyond our reasonable control
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us with your order number so that we can review the shipment status and assist you.
10. Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address when placing an order.
If you notice that your shipping information is incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible. Please refer to our Cancellation and Order Modification Policy for more information.
We will make reasonable efforts to update the information before the order is dispatched. However, once an order has been shipped, we may not be able to change the delivery address or redirect the package.
OneNineChic is not responsible for delays, additional shipping costs, or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
11. Lost or Missing Packages
If your package appears to be lost or significantly delayed, please contact OneNineChic with your order number and relevant shipping information.
We will review the available tracking information and, where appropriate, work with the shipping carrier to investigate the shipment.
If your package is marked as delivered but you cannot locate it, please first check with household members, neighbors, or the delivery location around your property. You may also contact the carrier for additional delivery information.
