Cancellation and Order Modification Policy

1. Cancellation and Order Modification Period

Customers may request to cancel or modify an order within 4 hours from the time the order is successfully placed.

Requests received after the 4-hour period may not be accepted, as the order may have already entered processing or fulfillment.

2. Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible within the applicable 4-hour cancellation period.

Cancellation requests must include your order number and the email address used to place the order.

If your cancellation request is received and approved within the permitted timeframe, the order will be canceled and the applicable refund will be issued to the original payment method.

3. Order Modification

Customers may request changes to their order within 4 hours of successfully placing the order.

Depending on the status of the order, we may be able to assist with certain changes, such as updating product selections, sizes, quantities, or shipping information.

We cannot guarantee that every modification request can be accommodated. Once an order has entered processing or fulfillment, modifications may no longer be possible.

4. Refund Processing

For an approved cancellation, any applicable refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Once the refund has been processed by OneNineChic, it may take approximately 3 to 5 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider or financial institution.

5. Orders Already Shipped

Once an order has been dispatched or handed over to the shipping carrier, it can no longer be canceled or modified under this policy.

If you need assistance with an order that has already been shipped, please contact us and we will review the available options based on the circumstances.
